# Sky.money USDC Risk Capital

#### About this vault

This Earn vault generates yield by supplying USDC into Morpho through the Sky.money USDC Risk Capital, a dynamically managed lending strategy curated by Sky.money.

#### What is Morpho?

Morpho is an on-chain lending protocol where depositors supply assets to earn interest from borrowers who borrow against over-collateralized collateral.

#### How this vault works

**01 Deposit into the Sky.money USDC Risk Capital**\
Deposit USDC into this vault on the Ethereum network. Your funds are supplied to a curator-managed reactor strategy that dynamically allocates capital based on predefined risk and efficiency parameters.

**02 Dynamic allocation across Morpho Markets**\
The reactor automatically routes liquidity across Morpho Markets approved by Sky.money, applying caps and rebalancing logic to optimize capital efficiency while managing risk exposure.

**03 Earn yield from borrower interest**\
Yield is generated from interest paid by borrowers across the underlying Morpho Markets. Returns may vary depending on utilization and market conditions.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.shredpay.xyz/yield-products/sky.money-usdc-risk-capital.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
