ShredPay Pricing & Fee Disclosure - December 31, 2025

When you transact on ShredPay’s platform, you may be charged fees. These fees are calculated at time of a transaction and can be influenced by factors such as transaction type, size, partner, payment method and other costs ShredPay incurs in connection with your transaction. Please note that it is possible for fees to vary for similar transactions and that ShredPay may make changes to its fee structure from time to time.

Types of Fees

There are three types of fees charged by ShredPay in connection with your transactions: third party fees, transaction fees and performance fees. Fees are non-refundable.

  1. Third Party Fees

Certain ShredPay fees listed below, including bank-related fees (e.g. ACH and Debit Card fees), and blockchain fees (e.g. gas fees) are charged by a third party and are passed through to you in connection with a transaction. The fees indicated below are approximate and denoted with a “~” symbol.

  1. Transaction Fees

ShredPay charges a transaction fee which covers transaction related expenses including, without limitation, processing costs, fraud prevention, monitoring, and affiliate costs. Those transaction fees may vary by type of transaction executed.

  1. Performance Fee

ShredPay charges a Performance Fee in connection with some products offered on the platform. Those Performance Fees are included to cover other costs of operating not covered by transaction fees and allow ShredPay to continue to offer an easy to use and trustworthy product.

Each time you place an order, ShredPay will disclose and you will review and confirm any applicable fees. By completing an order, you agree to pay the applicable fees for that transaction.
